Internet Lifestyle Mentorship

From novice to competent in 8 weeks

In 2000 I spent 6 months in Australia.

This is priceless information - stuff that nobody else talks about - real nitty gritty hard core information.

Peter Conradie
Within a few weeks I saw my future, pulling all my income through the Internet, and being able to live wherever I want to. For a South African passport holder (especially on the wrong side of 40) that's a challenging call.

Leisure Isle 2003: Getting the Internet Act togetherSince 2003, every centime, penny and conch shell of the R21 million my efforts have earned come from Internet Marketing:

  • Seminar seat sales;
  • Community subscriptions;
  • Affiliate income;
  • Online consulting fees;
  • Writing fees;
  • Speaking fees;
  • Lead generation;
  • and sometimes some real hard graft setting up Internet marketing for others.

I have played with almost everything. I have invested hundreds of thousands of Rand in seminars, courses and services offered by dozens of the Internet's gurus.

Sea View from Umhlanga Rocks OfficeI have also wasted more money than you can imagine. Those mistakes hurt like hell. But after 3650 days on this odyssey, I have lived in Australia, South Africa, the UK and Norway. Each is different, but the Internet stays the same everywhere. It doesn't matter where you live, although the ideal is to live in a cheap country and earn your money in an expensive one. (I am trying the reverse!)

For the first time in the history of man you and I have the ability to easily earn our money anywhere, while living anywhere else. It's a lot easier than you think. But, despite my peers assuring you that Aladdin's fortune lurks just behind the next affiliate link, it's not that easy! Like any source of income this requires education, work and sweat.

Studying Trusts in the British Virgin IslandsIn August 2009, I ran the Netfontein series of live seminars in South Africa, and followed that up with 8 online webinars that covered the material I thought folk needed to prepare for a retirement with an Internet income. I think I learned as much as the 500 delegates did.

Brisbane 2005: Going back to the sourceBut, it turns out that many of us need help with our current ventures. And many of us want flexible options that allow a more nomadic lifestyle. (Like mine, I guess, but when the Nordic heavens are falling out of the sky, as they are while I write this,  I can't help dreaming of the beach on Leisure Isle in Knysna.)

Hampshire: New Forest 2006I had planned on taking a long break from March 2010. After exactly ten years it seemed like a good idea. And I had planned on running just one mentorship program. The first has been so much fun, and so educational (for the wonderful team attending and  for me) that I will be starting a new program on March 1st.

The point: Help 20 people of similar mind to do what I am doing, and teach them everything I know in 10 weeks.

2009: Norway, where the Internet is fast, and the temperature is low.The program includes:

  • 8 live webinar sessions;
  • and 40 daily, live Q&A sessions.

That's about 60 scheduled hours between March and April. You don't have to attend every Q&A session, but the  evening sessions are compulsory. (You're getting my lifetime knowledge for about R150/hour - and SARS will pay R50 of that because the entire program is tax-deductible.)

Each session will be recorded and will be ready for download soon after each has aired. No notes, because the videos will offer intense detail on each facet.

Before considering joining this group, you must meet the following criteria. If you don't, we're not going to be able to work together.

  • You must have adequate, reliable Internet access. Each hour online uses between 50 and 100MB of data flow, and each hour of recording downloaded is about 50MB. In other words, you’re looking at about 2GB of bandwidth each month.
  • You must have a credit card, because without it you can do nothing on the web. This is all about leveraging the web to get you from where you are to wherever you want to be. In my case it got me from Knysna, via Umhlanga Rocks, through Hampshire, to Norway. Not quite what I'd planned, but huge fun nonetheless.
  • You must have an adequate PC or Mac with a recent operating system. (The latest XP, Vista, Windows 7 or any recent Mac OS X is fine.)
    Wow, what a learning curve I'm on!  Thanks to you.

    I think I've learnt more in the past 3 months (the most learning being in this past week) with regard to the internet and related technology than since I first learnt to use a computer in the early '80's!

  • You must have a headset that fits comfortably, otherwise you will not be able to ask questions, and those two hour sessions will be hell. (A perfectly good set costs about R100, with USB nirvana from Logitech at about R500.)
  • You must be prepared to work at this. I reserve the right to ask you to leave if you don't pull your weight. I am not going to do the work for you. I have served my time. Hell, If I could generate an income of £100,000/year for myself doing something online, how much sense would it make to do it for you for £500?
  • The only way to learn is to do this yourself, and to do a lot of it. And a lot of that is pure learning. (Others will call it frustrating failure, but if you've ever wondered how I know as much as I do - it's the result of thousands of hours of finding out how not to do stuff.)

Bottom line: I am giving you everything I know, in the easiest way I can. Setting up on the Internet is about the cheapest way on earth of creating a business/income stream. But it's not free. I am going to show ypu how to avoid the rocky bits, and easily identify what's froth and what's value.

Peter, I find your presentation immensely practical and valuable, particularly the energy that you and Peter Bowen are putting into each session. I have had sufficient exposure to other "gurus" to be able to distinguish between equine droppings and figs, to use a literal translation from Afrikaans.

Unlike all my previous seminars, the emphasis in this program will be on holding your hand as you work through this material. I know how confusing this stuff can be, and that's the main point of the daily sessions: So that you do not get lost en route.

We'll be covering any questions you can conceive of about how to set up an international business, bank overseas, move overseas, shuffle money, create multiple streams of income, hide everything legally in untouchable places. I have spent countless hours considering every one of these facets of this South African existence, and looking at all the options.

I am not going to outline a precise syllabus, because you will define it. (At least, the members of this group will based on their own requirements.) My role is to temper what I know with what you want to know, and to inspire you to aks a shedload of questions.

We will gather online at 8PM on the evenings of Monday March 1st, and then every Monday evening for 8 weeks. There will be a daily morning session for Questions and Answers every day from Tuesday March 2nd until the end of the programme at the end of April.  That's at least 16 hours of scheduled training and 40 scheduled hours of Q&A. (Many of the sessions run longer if the your questions demand it.)

You will set up a site that starts producing leads within 7 daysDuring this time you will find those niches your current business can penetrate via the Internet, and we will look at new ideas, products and services you can adopt. You will set up at least one complete website, backed by a comprehensive Google Adword campaign to start getting traffic within two weeks, backed up by a comprehensive SEO process to get your site onto the front page of Google by the time we end.

For example, this simple site about Tyres - the least exciting candidate for Internet sales - started producing 20 leads per day within a week of creation. (That's people filling in their details to buy tyres.) I will show you how to do the same. But that's just one facet of a huge amount of material that we will cover.

We will look at international ecommerce mechanisms, and you will set up at least one. You will know everything you might want to know about setting up an offshore bank account, and I will introduce you to a bunch of helpful folk to smooth your way.

We will discuss how to set up and operate overseas long before you get on a plane (if you ever want to).

The biggest challenge you and I face is just this: Unless you know where you want to go, how will you ever make the right decisions to get there?

I have been sharing these concepts in seminars since 2000. The Rivers of Money seminar looked at multiple streams of income in 2002. The International Business Warrior seminar looked at offshore businesses and setup in 2003. The Finding Clients and Direct Internet Marketing events looked at marketng via the web from 2000 onwards.

This programme will look at the nitty gritty and examine why some of us will succeed, while most of us will not. (Even now, with so much information available, 97% of people advertising on Google are losing more money than they are earning!)

Finally, I reserve the right of entry to this programme. I am looking for the right people to train as much as you might be looking for the training.

Your investment in everything I have learned in the past 25 years will be £897-00. (And, of course, Business Warrior discounts apply to Warriors of more than 3 months standing.)

I am enjoying the course immensely.   The learning curve is steep but challenging.

You're getting everything that has allowed me to tour the world while earning what most folk would regard as a huge income. Add your effort to the knowledge that I will share and ask yourself: What will you be doing by the end of April?

A last thought: Right now I am living in a country where I don't yet speak the language so I can't get a day job, even if I wanted one. Yet I am in the middle of one of the best years of my life business-wise. Fast and cheap Internet access mean that I can work from home comfortably. It doesn't matter where I live anymore. My income flows through the Internet and follows me everywhere.
