Internet
Lifestyle Mentorship Syllabus
What We Will Cover: Broad Strokes
The layout below covers broadly what you
need to know in this Internet game. I will be covering the material with engineer Peter Bowen, who brings a
sense of humour, a sense of order, and a staggering amount of work to the
party.
As we work through this material, we'll
talk about all the incidental stuff like offshore havens and accounts, banking, PayPal, redirecting incomes,
marrying spouses with passports that can take you anywhere, and anything else you can think of that would add
value to your particular path.
Week 1:
We open your mind to what is possible with stories of everything that we have seen that is
interesting and relevant. We look at Internet Business Models, and what's selling on the Net, and why. And we
look at how can easily create saleable products. We discuss a few dreams.
Nine tenths of the Internet lurks below the surface, and that's where the really interesting stuff
is. If you don't know enough to dream it, how will you know where you want to go?
Week 2:
Find out everything you need to know about
your market. What are people looking for, and exactly what words are they using? How to do this with any
market or niche. Why this is is critical for any Internet venture. How to choose a stunning website name. How
to choose a website host. By the end of this week, you will have your first website set up, almost ready for
business. These are skills we use every day to analyse all the 'opportunities' we
see.
Week 3
Writing pages for your new site that take
viewers and inspire them to give you their details. How to make your site irresistible to Google and other
search engines. How to write in words of one syllable that are readable, punchy, and filled with promise. By
the end of this week your site will have a V6 engine, run smoothly, and be almost
complete.
Week 4:
We look at your web design and show you how
to look like a million bucks. Actually, we'll show you how to get the exact feel you want, now that you've
added all the words that make it sell. We ask Google to check out your work and index your site. We add
a contact form as well as a complete database to your site, so that you never lose anyone ever
again.
Week 5:
We put you on the front page of Google, and
start generating leads. This is a busy week because we tie up all the loose
ends.
Week 6:
We add some snippets to your site to track
who is visiting, where from, and why. We add another layer to ensure that you're giving everyone instant
responses (without adding any more staff).
Week 7:
We tweak the site performance while we
discuss ecommerce and inernational banking, trusts, and the like.
Week 8:
We wrap it all up, and you start with your
next web venture.
Daily Morning Sessions:
The morning sessions answer all
your questions as you work through the material and the homework.
